Luca Panichelli, graduate in Modern Literature with a specialization in “Art, Culture, and Territorial Tourism,” is passionate about and deeply knowledgeable of the local territory. He shines a spotlight on the archaeologically significant sites scattered across the Agro Falisco region, which unfortunately are often forgotten, neglected, and left to a sad fate.

According to Proust, “The true barbaric land is not the one that has never known art, but the one that, despite being full of riches, fails to value them.” This philosophy guides me. I never miss an opportunity to venture into the most remote areas, continually discovering hidden wonders and seeking those secret treasures about which we know almost nothing today, many of which are not even accessible. For this reason, I decided to share knowledge of these hidden gems through a blog, because I believe that only awareness of their existence can protect them from destruction and neglect over time.
